Welcome to ScribeTech. This website belongs to ScribeTech (referred to as “The Company” hereafter). These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our writing and website services, including articles, blogs, academic writing, CV writing, personal statements, reviewing/tutoring, logo, graphic, website design and web hosting. The continued use of our services implies you have agreed to be bound by these “Terms” detailed below. These terms are subject to modification on this page at any time which remains the sole discretion of the Company without prior notice to the users.

We request all users to go through our terms carefully before deciding to use any service provided by this website. Once the user is convinced or satisfied with the terms, he or she is free to go ahead and submit an order. An ‘order’ in this case constitutes writing and website project(s) submitted by users for our company to work on.

Our website is an online platform that purposefully exists to offer writing and website services. It enables users to place orders for high quality and original writing and website services. Users are provided with 100% original, unique and quality content that serve users’ interests at best. Importantly, we provide services according to the user’s submitted requirements, scope, deadline and prices as agreed upon via contractual relationships established on the website or through the use of other communication channels including social media.

Payment terms for our services strictly follow our payment, refund and compensation policies accessed at (provide a link to these policies). Our services are non-refundable and we do not have implied or express guarantees that completed orders are refundable. Discrepancies between products received and instructions or requirements provides should be corrected by requesting revision. Nonetheless, when it deems fit and based on a case-by-case basis, the company can make a refund for services provided to customers but subject to the company’s refund terms.

This policy applies to completed projects and funds deposited but not reserved for a particular order are refundable upon making a formal request. Users must assess and evaluate completed projects and find they do not need any revisions before marking an order as finished. Extra editing charges will apply when users request for additional work to be done on an order after releasing the payment.

All disputes arising between the company and users will be resolved through mechanisms and procedures outlined in the privacy policy (link to the policy). Disputes will be about the quality of services provided to users or clients on our website and this process must commence by writing to us. Terms for dispute and refund will be guided by a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism and acceptance for use of our writing services as guides and verifying our website services to ensure they meet your requirements. Besides, all refunds and cancellations requests must be submitted in writing to the Support Team.

All information and content available on the website remain fully the property of the company. Ownership of the company ceases when duly transfer has been done upon making full payment for the project. Information and content, in this case, include all writings, data, pictures, logos, graphics, drawings, and designs. All these things remain the sole property of the company until the due and legal transfer has been made.
