Our privacy policy aims to ensure the security and privacy of our clients remains a top priority and uncompromised. We are committed to ensuring that the privacy of our clients is protected when you use our services and share with us your information.

The following demonstrates our values and approach to safety and privacy when providing services and engaging with clients for writing and website services.

Personal information

We may collect personal information to offer more customised and tailor-made services. This is to ensure that we serve you better. But even when we do this, we ensure the information is used only for purposes of service provision and cannot be shared with a third party or used for a purpose other than one authorised by the client.

Security

To ensure clients’ information remain secure, we are committed to operating a robust data protection system. Our system prevents all unauthorised access or disclosure by adhering to physical, electronic and managerial procedures that robustly safeguard and secure information clients share with us.

Our payment policy

For our writing and website services we require half upfront deposit for every order that is made. This applies to all clients. Importantly, our team only commences upon receiving the payment.

Refund policy

We adopt a refund policy that varies from case to case.We strive and remain committed to offering high-quality services that exceed customer satisfaction. In some instances that customers express dissatisfaction with the work, they can request a refund. However, in some cases when content or solution is provided for the first time, it will not be 100% right. As a result, our policy is that allow us a free revision before inquiring about a refund and we review each request on a case-by-case basis. Nonetheless, be assured, we will do our best and deliver on our promise of fulfilling the requirements of our customers to offer them premium services that match their requirements.

  • For writing except academic, we can refund if the content produce is not as per initial instructions.
  • For academic writing, refunds are processed if the client don’t find it of quality or of help due to major lack in following initial requirements at the time of receiving the work. Refunds are NOT processed based on marks awarded (No money-back guarantee here). For more details refer to our terms of service page.
  • For website, it will be settled on mutual negotiations.

Writing policy

Our policy is that we commence work on a project upon upfront being received or an agreement thereof being made. Once we handle a project for a client, we ensure that we stick to deliver 100% original content that comply with the specific guidelines provided. We use the latest quality check tools where needed, for plagiarism, grammar, and spelling to ensure customers receive only and only high-quality original work. Regarding copyright, we only transfer copyright to a client upon making 100% payment of the work. Until, then, the copyright of the content and solutions belong to US as the company. Finally, the client is responsible for the approval of the work ordered and both verbal and written cancellation of orders is permitted.

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel the order please communicate to us at your earliest using email/calling to the support team. Once a cancellation request is being made, it will be assessed that how much work is already done. The work that is already completed will be handed over to you. The funds that u deposited for the start of the work will be refunded on cancellation. So, for example, 10% of the work is complete when u applied for cancellation. 10% will be handed over to you and remaining deposit (say 40% in this case) or whatever funds u have deposited with us will be refunded to you. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of cancellation.
